Any "I came here to laugh, not to feel." アニメ series?

An アニメ あなた watched because あなた thought it would make あなた laugh like there's no tomorrow which it did but not without almost making あなた cry as well ...

For example, Assassination Classroom, for me.

It is an amazing アニメ with a lot of character development. You're missing on great stuff if あなた haven't watched it yet. It not only made me roll on the floor laughing but also proved to be a tear jerking anime.
