Do あなた know this anime?

It sounds a bit weird. It was about a young girl who walks around with a suitcase. In suitcase she have little bottles that look like nail polish and when she opens them different people magically appears. It's probably a children アニメ cause it was on a children tv channel. I'm just curious how it's called.
