I just looked this up on my Windows phone. I believe her name is Nadeshiko Yamato from Shugo Chara. use this picture of her Cosplaying as Hatsune Miku in her AvantGarde dress. And compare this picture to Nadeshiko Yamato from Shugo Chara on Google images. I am saying this cause of the name タイトル on the side of the picture That says Nadeshiko. Look this up Nadeshiko Yamato Shugro Chara and compare the girl character to this character in the picture of an アニメ girl Cosplaying as Hatsune Miku in her

I don't think it's the same character and besides the Shugo Chara character "Yamato nadeshiko" is a general term used to described an ideal Japanese woman/housewife. Like I 発言しました it looks like they made it for their friend who's ユーザー名 is Nadeshiko, and the character in your image matches the character of their フレンズ プロフィール image; so like I 発言しました it's just fanart of their フレンズ avatar. She's not from anything.
