Same. It was my first アニメ and now i'm currently NARUTO -ナルト- running down my halls yelling: "I'M GONNA BE THE GREATEST HOKAGE!!".

yeah . . . well, actually, the Air I watched was the movie. so if we're excluding アニメ movies, then my first real アニメ was death note.
