I'll assume project Diva F since its the newest and the only one with an official English release, (i think あなた can download English patches for the others) its for the PS3 and I believe the English release comes this August :D あなた can pre-order it from gamestop
link its says it won't come out until Dec.31,2013 but that's actually just a place holder for the site since no official 日付 has been 与えられた for its English version. So preorder and wait for August and hope Sony doesn't delay! hope this all helps!
