Funniest アニメ Ever..hmm,A few アニメ comes to mind,but the funniest アニメ in my opinion is Lucky Star,It can be so ランダム at times,but I mean Kona-chan is just hilarious..and the Lucky Channel..oh my,Kogami-sama and her cute/mean personality get me laughing every time!,and even Kona-chan's cousin Yui,seems to make me laugh at times too,so yeah the アニメ cast is hilarious!,so My choice is Lucky Star!:3

school rumble ah it almost literally killed me in laughter

It would be Slam dunk...even though it's old....I like how Sakuragi and the rest of shohoku mixed バスケットボール, バスケット ボール ,comedy,drama,romance and a slice of life so well,especially when Sakuragi, Rukawa with miyagi,Mitsui and Akagi 登録する forces to make hilarious,idiotic puns together.... and especially how they 表示する great passion for basketball..
