Black Butler(read details)?

My friend recommended the アニメ Black Butler for me, but I can't find the first episode on Youtube! I use my iPod to go on the internet, and I can't use any media player besides Youtube. Is it worth finding alternate means to watch it?/Do あなた know where to find it on Youtube?

(though watch it sub, cause even though they did a good job translating the dub, i think some of the voices suck)
