Can Night Age?

I Own Book 1, 2, and 4 (Don't Ask about Book 3)

And as Some might know in book 4 Soushi Told Riiko that she should dump Night because Night might not grow old with her.

So can he age? -Feel free to spoile, I know the ending, T.T It sucks.-
