Why are you all saying No because it's always abusive? Kids run away all the time just because they want to or want to hurt their parents. In fact I'd wager that happens far more than abused kids, who generally know better than to try to run off because they know how much worse it will be if they get caught and/or they don't think they have anywhere else to go.
