For better landscape visuals.

The remake seemed like it glossed over this scene. It wasn't as epic or memorable as the original. <3

Both were amazing but the vocals were better here and the scene was bigger and grander. I mean, I see why they stuck to just showing Jasmine her kingdom, which she's seen so little of, but her getting to see the world was much more magical. It made it so much more epic and memorable. But the remake did a wonderful job and the singing was great, especially from Naomi Scott, who had a phenomenal voice.
