Jenny is from Oliver and Company. Her parents are out of town on business and are going to miss her birthday, which she knew would happen. She's lonely in her house, though she has a friendly butler and a dog (but she's a stuck up show dog). She later becomes friends with a kitten that she names Oliver and it looks like when she got on the bus for school that she has friends but I still feel sorry for her.
I haven't watched Oliver and Company since forever. Anna at the end is no longer neglected. Hmmm I may change my vote (that's going to be my catch phrase soon) decisions, decisions...
I think if Anna had put in the barest amount of effort to ease her loneliness, like walk outside, talk to her servants, take up a hobby, etc. she wouldn't be so bad off.
Jenny gets along well with Winston, Georgette and her classmates, but she's still at that age where children need attention from their parents and hers keep leaving her. She doesn't complain and tries to make the most of the situation, which is why I feel most inclined to feel bad for her.
