Try this delicious Bundt cake topped with an オレンジ sugar glaze.
3 tablespoons vegetable shortening
2 1/2 cups finely chopped walnuts (split)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup softened バター
1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
3 large eggs

1 ripe banana, mashed
