Hey! I will tell あなた how to アップロード a プロフィール picture... all あなた have to do is go to where it says "view もっと見る photos" on your プロフィール page. Then, あなた will see, somewhere on that page, it will say "upload a picture." あなた click on that. After you've done that あなた simply アップロード the picture あなた want as your プロフィール picture and somewhere it will say something like "use this image as my プロフィール picture" and あなた will click on the little box 次 to it.
