If it's ファン art and someone has made it (Plus the one who has 投稿されました it has credited to creator) than あなた HAVE to credit the one who created it. (Example, ~fantasyvoice on DeviantART.com) If it's a screencap and a user here had capped it than 提出されました them, あなた have to credit the user.
