Main character of K-ON!. She is the lead guitarist and lead vocalist in Houkago Teatime. She plays a Gibson Heritage Les Paul Standard, in チェリー Sunburst, nicknamed Giita (ギータ). She joined the Light 音楽 Club, thinking that "light music" meant "easy music" (like whistling または playing the castanets), and picked up the ギター with absolutely no prior experience.
