Never Alone V- Regret
The ボート raced through the water of the smooth canal, the winds whisking past. The cool breeze bit into SilverWings's bare arms, making her regret leaving her ジャケット hidden in the marsh. It wasn't the only decision she had made a mistake in making, she remembered as the rope binding her hands together chaffed her wrists.
Looking up, she met the eyes of her warden. He hadn't taken his eyes off her since they had left the dock, his gun resting in his hands.
"Comfortable, princess?" he smirked. Silver's smart-ass retort was muffled によって the bandana they had used to gag her. She shifted her gaze to Mantle, who rotated the wheel in the captain's cabin. His back was turned to her, though her memory allowed her the image of his scarred, burnt face. The third and final goon leaned against the railing of the boat, watching the marshland pass by. Silver couldn't think of anything he could be looking for, aside from the crocodiles of the canal that bathed in the water and basked on the banks.
SilverWings laid her head back and shut her eyes, letting the sun rays hit her flushed cheeks.
The sun was harsh, though the pain in her gut was harsher. She saw her partner's panicked expression, heard his warning, over and over. Right before the gunshot had signaled his fall out of her line of sight.
She squinted her eyes at the sky, blaming the tears on the bright rays that invaded her pupils.
She knew that this was not the time to mourn her partner. She shut her eyes momentarily, allowing her blurred vision to clear, then reopened her eyes to slits. She caught sight of a bird as it passed in front of the sun and behind a cloud. At least she can fly free, SilverWings thought.
"I'm really glad we found you, princess," the goon said. Silver looked back at him and felt her stomach churn as she saw the grin on his face. "We've been looking all over for あなた and your buddies since the ball at Wayne's. Too bad they aren't here to bust あなた out this time." Silver felt her anger rise, though tried to suppress it. There really wasn't anything she could do while the gun was pointed at her.
Mantle guided the スキフ around a bend in the canal. The passage was beginning to widen out, and Silver knew it would only be a matter of time before it opened to the Pacific Ocean. If she didn't escape によって then, there wasn't much chance of her getting away alive.
She inspected the boat's interior closely, searching for some sort of distraction. Mantle sat on the captain's chair, steering the ボート through the marsh. The third man continued to scan the waters and banks, as if expecting the aquatic reptiles to attack the craft. Silver wondered if it would serve to her advantage if they did. Maybe; maybe not. There wasn't much chance they would pass up the chance at such an easy meal.
She listened too; to the steady hum of the motor; to the splash of the water as the vessel sailed over through the water. She tried to concentrate on the sounds beneath and managed to decipher them. The chirping of the birds; the chatter of the mosquitoes that bit at her abductors and herself.
That was when she heard it, the chugging of another boat. It was close and gaining.
Silve turned her head slightly to the side, though could not see anything past the bend they had driven around. Something flickered in her peripheral vision. Glancing up, she caught a glimpse of a bird. Accept it was not flying nonchalantly as the others, riding the wind, 歌う a tune. It was circling the boat, as if to send a signal as birds often did with prey. To signal their companions.
Knowing that the ruffian was watching her, she made herself look directly at the bird and her eyes grow wide.
He took the bait. He looked away from the girl sitting across from him and raised his gun, as if a threat circled the ボート and not a harmless avian. Silver leapt from her シート, 座席 and kicked his arm, causing the gun to slip from his grip and slide across the floor of the skiff.
He shouted in alarm, catching his partners' attention. Silver banged her head into his. The goon recoiled in shock, falling back over the bench.
His buddy who had been on croc watch pulled out his gun and Silver ducked, hearing the thunder of the gun as it released a projectile. The bullet passed over her harmlessly. Out of the corner of her eye, she caught sight of the bird. Except now it was diving toward the ship, growing quickly from a speck in the air to a winged teenage girl.
Silver's ward had picked himself up off the ground and held his gun level to his captive. Mantle fumbled for his gun, and Silver found herself the target of three Glocks.
"Stupid 移動する girl," her ward sneered. "Sit back down."
"Dive! " a voice screamed. Immunity shot past the ボート and into the water.
SilverWings turned, shot her abductors the bird behind her back, and jumped overboard.
She heard the three shots go off as she leapt from the boat. The fourth came as she hit the water, followed によって the earth shaking BOOM! as the gas tank ignited and exploded. Silver ignored the sting of her skin that had come with hitting the water at 50 miles per 時 and swam deeper into the river, away from the inferno that blazed on the surface, kicking extra hard to make up for the lack of arm strength.
She followed Immunity, who lead them to the surface 100 yards from the explosion. Breaching into the air, Silver turned back to see a burning skeleton of metal where the スキフ was. The three goons were looking around wildly, screaming and cursing.
Silver heard the chug of an engine.
"Need a ride, ladies?" Thirteen asked, coming to the side if the skiff. He slipped the gun from the warehouse in his ベルト and held out his hand. Immunity grasped hand and scrambled aboard. When he reached down for Silver's hand, she raised on eyebrow. He chuckled, pulled his switchblade from his pocket, and leaned over the side, cutting her bindings. She gratefully took his hand and got into the skiff.
Silver smiled triumphantly as she looked back at the flailing goons. One, her warden, aimed his gun, and pulled the trigger only to find it uselessly waterlogged. He began cursing and yelling again, 音楽 to her ears as Thirteen swung the ボート around and sped back toward the warehouse.
Shivering, SilverWings picked up the blanket lying in the back of the boat. Wrapping it around both Immunity and herself, she did a quick double take. Lying in a heap was the camo-tarp that had covered the ボート while it was hidden in the brush. Long forgotten.
"Didn't think they would need it," Thirteen said. "Though now I'm sure they're regretting leaving it there."

Eclipses POV
I knew it, I knew it would happen but why like this? I knew they would find me but to go that far just to get me back, back to being what I was…Man-Made, back to having someone’s signature carved into my body forever. I told them I was natural, 100% mutant. But I lied about every word about my past and I lied to such good people now worse has come to worst, my フレンズ are dead または so I thought and the biggest secret I could ever hold burst out like some one who had jus pulled the trigger on a gun then they had to sit and watch as the man who made me finished his greatest master piece...Me! But of corse, one of my souls biggest wish came true, Alice became me and I became Alice but after all that Eclipse, I had to pay the price which could only be paid……in blood but in the end no one wins.

Prologue-
White 星, つ星 Lines, Southampton, England

“Hey Jim!” I called out.
“Good Morning Miss Orname!” the worker called back.
I grinned widely and continued my walk through the construction yard. Up ahead was the crown jewel White 星, つ星 Lines had been working on: the Titanic. Unsinkable, the largest ship ever, and it was going to bring a lot of money to my dad and he could retire and 移動する back to Scotland.
My name is Tiana Orname and this is one heck of a story of my life.
