I heard the shrieks of villians who have been here for decades, dieing to be released, freed. God, I hate this place. The guards led us to where Xena was sitting. Fang just glared at her. We sat down across from her. She just smiled and 発言しました "So, what brings あなた two to this mad house?"
"You know why where here." She cocked her head to the side. "Really? Are あなた here to make me see the light? Mend my ways? または are あなた here to 質問 the crap outta me till' I commit suicide?" She was tapping her fingers on the table.
"What made あなた do this Xena? Why?" My brother was silent. Guess I was gonna ask all the questions. She just laughed.
"Actually, I decided it was time for a change. I wanted some excitment! Something more... Being a hero was boring. あなた always have to play によって the rules." Fang rolled his eyes and grunted. He knew why she turned. She turned her head toward him. "Fang, why won't あなた say anything?" That's when he snapped. He jumped out of his chair and grabbed Xena's collar.
"Trying to tell あなた anything, IS LIKE TRYING TO TELL THAT ウォール TO JUMP THE MEXICO BOARDER!" He let her go and sat back down crossing his arms and legs. She started to reach for a guards gun that was standing behind her when I stepped in. She clutched her head and starting screaming, that's probably the worst thing she's ever felt. "MAKE IT STOP!!" Fang smiled. She fell on the floor, curling up into a ball. I stopped. The guards helped her up off the floor and asked us to leave. We lead ourselves out of the Asylum and was walking down the street. When everything went wrong. People just started dropping instantly, kinda like flies.
"No, no, no no no!" tears were streaming down Fang's face. "No, not this soon!" he was shaking. I stepped in front of him, putting my hands on his shoulders.
"Fang! Pull yourself together!" He snapped out of it.
"We need to get to cave. Fast. あなた can't run over 15 mph. That would take forever." He grabbed me, and swooped on the building above us.
"I need to get a better grip on you. Get a running start and leap off the building. I should be able to get a good gripe." I took a few steps back and starting running. I leaped off the building on headed down face first, Fang swooped down and grabbed me によって my waist, knocking the wind out of me.

"How could this be happening so soon? I just don't get it!" Fang was still shaken up.
"So, people we just dropped on the ground dead?" バットマン seemed a tad concerned. Fang nodded,tears dropping from his face, onto his jeans, Artemis just randomly hugged Fang.
"We'll figure out something Fang. I promise." She kissed his cheek and left. He just raised an eyebrow and stood up, using his シャツ to wipe his face off.
"Well, if we're gonna 'attempt' to stop this, we probably to see what caused the deaths. We may be able to stop it." I hope Fang was right. If he was wrong, this was the end.

Chapter 8-

The two bats and a bird fired their grappling lines at the ceiling, Artemis following their example. Robin grabbed Kid Flash and Batgirl Zatanna, dragging them onto the walkway.

"Well, well." Joker said. "The バットマン does it again."

"And the Batgirl." Barbara added.

Joker cackled. "Well come and get me then!" he said.

Zatanna muttered a spell and threw objects at Joker. Artemis shot arrows. The two bats threw batarangs at the madman while the little bird swung across the gap in the walkway. The junior speedster sped across the gap and joined his friend in close combat.

As we walked through the halls of WayneTech, we exchanged nothing but silence. The 前 predicament still left us shaking, and now we were out to 検索 for more. It was obvious that Scarecrow knew of our presence, which is why he had the gas sprayed all over the building. Every now and then I heard rats squeaking, glass breaking, and spiders crawling, but none of them so much as gave me a start.
Oddly enough, Robin knew his way around the building. Without getting lost, we retrieved and destroyed much of the fear serums, but we weren't done unless we found Scarecrow.
