The first available are Ittoki Otoya, Hijirikawa Masato and Shinomiya Natsuki. to unlock the Class S, finish like this

To unlock Cecil, finish them all the 6.
When あなた finish each route ending ( happy, happiest または friends), あなた get an after story (short story) for each.
