“Oh, I’m sorry Mike. Edward asked me to go out with him this weekend.” I said, smiling vindictively. I knew I was being rude, but really, how many times did I need to say no?
“Oh...well, okay then. あなた and Cullen huh?” his face turned to a grimace but I could see some malice in his eyes. I hoped he didn’t try anything, he might get hurt.
“Yeah.” I answered, smiling like a girl on her first date. “I’m really looking フォワード, 前進, 楽しみにして to it.”
With that, I turned on my heel and left.

によって the time I arrived at the biology room, Edward was already sitting 次 to my vacant seat. As soon as he saw me, his expression became relieved. I knew mine was the same.
I quickly walked over and sat 次 to him and all I wanted to do was キッス him. It took a great deal of self control not to. Instead I grabbed his hand under the table, almost sighing in relief.
At that moment Mr Banner walked in. Time to start 芝居 again.
“Alright, class. Today we will be blood typing. It’s really a rather simple test...” I let his voice fade into the background. He proceeded to stab Mike with a needle to demonstrate and I leaned my head on the 表, テーブル as if I wasn’t feeling well.
“Are あなた alright, Bella?” I heard Edward ask rather loudly. He sounded so sincere in his concern that I almost answered to comfort him.
Instead I shook my head against the desk.
“Mr Banner, I think I need to take Bella to the sick bay. She’s not feeling well. I think she doesn’t like blood.” Edward said, sounding as if he meant every word, just the right amount of concern layering each word.
“Ms Swan?” Mr Banner called, and I whimpered very quietly.
“Alright Mr Cullen. Do あなた need any help?” he asked and I heard Mike shuffle in his seat.
“No, I think we will be alright.” He 発言しました to the teacher before turning to me.
“Come on Bella.” He said, gently placing his hand on my shoulder. I screwed up my eyes and wrapped my arm around Edward’s neck. I had to lean on his just the right amount as we walked from the classroom and quickly made our way to sick bay.
“Mrs Cope?” Edward asked the receptionist quietly, but her heartbeat still stuttered. “Oh, Mr Cullen, Ms Swan.” Then she seemed to notice my condition. “Oh, my! What happened?” she asked quickly.
“It’s alright Mrs Cope. Bella isn’t feeling too well because we were blood typing in Biology. I was wondering if I could take her home. She has gym last and I don’t think she can handle it.” Edward said, and I knew he was trying to dazzle the poor secretary into agreeing.
“Yes, yes, of course!” she exclaimed. “Do あなた need a pass to, Mr Cullen?”
“No, I have Spanish last. The Mrs Geoff won’t mind. Come on Bella.”
We had to continue to my car with Edward supporting some of my weight just in case someone was watching. It was slow going but I didn’t mind. Edward’s arm was wrapped securely around my waist and electricity ran everywhere he was touching me.
We finally arrived at my car just as it started to rain. We were just going to run to Edward’s house so I needed to take my truck home.
Edward opened the passenger door for me like the gentleman he was, before getting in the driver’s side.
I smiled brightly. “That wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be.”
Edward looked at me and grinned crookedly. “It defiantly had its bonuses.” He answered as he accelerated out of the car park, hitting forty before we got to the road.
The drive to my house was quick, only 3 分 with Edward’s maniac driving. Even I didn’t drive that fast.
I watched Edward’s face as he took in my little two bedroom house. His expression didn’t change, it remained the relaxed smile I knew and loved.
He turned and noticed me looking at him, and his smile grew wider. “Are あなた going to 表示する me around?”
I was surprised によって the question. “Why? It’s almost empty. It’s not like I have any photo’s あなた can look at または anything.”
He leaned over to me and I turned my body to face him. His face was less than an inch from my face.
“Silly Bella. I just want to see when the 愛 of my existence lives.” He 発言しました very quietly and as I breathed in his scent overwhelmed me. My train of thought scattered and I was finally able to キッス him like I had been wanting to all day.
Our lips met and it was all I could think of. His hand snaked its way around my waist and I reached to knot my fingers through his hair. I felt his other hand on the back of my neck and sighed with pleasure as he lifted my chin so he could reach my lips better. によって now we were pushed up against the passenger side window, both of us sitting in the passenger seat. Not having to breathe did have its advantages.
After who knows how long, I pulled away from him, breathing harder than usual. His eyes were alight with desire, his breathing accelerated just like mine. “I 愛 you, Bella.”
I smiled with joy. “I 愛 あなた too, Edward.” I 発言しました happily.
The rain was falling harder outside now, the light thrumming reminding me there was a world beyond our own little bubble.
Edward’s eyes were still smouldering as I ran my middle finger down his face, a low growl coming from his chest.
My smile grew bigger as I gave him a chaste キッス and then proceeded to quickly to detangle myself from his embrace, open the door, and slide out.
