since edward is アナと雪の女王 at 17 he has spent the majority of his life around high school aged people (besides his family). He is constantly having to act of the same age as them and having his mind 読書 ability he is constantly hearing the thoughts that teenagers have. He has never lived through life and the events that make us emotionally older (jobs, marriage, relationships, children etc...) he has always just been in that teenage envrionment and therefore his mind- in a way- has been stuck (not アナと雪の女王 though) in his teenage years. He is a bit もっと見る mature than most as he has carlisle...but i dont think (and this has been expressed によって stephenie and others)that he is emotionally decades older than bella, for those reasons and so its less creepy--jacob printing on renesmee was way creepier
Bella was 17 when they met. the "age difference" might have been big but that doesnt make him a pedophile. Jacob and his imrpint on a new born baby, well, that is a whole other story, disturbing on sooooo many different levels
No, I don't. And most people will say Jacob is the peado cos he imprinted on a child. But I blame Stephenie for that, imprinting is not something they have control over.

Edward as a person isn't "frozen" at 17, only his physical body. Theoretically, someone who has lived as long as he has should be extremely emotionally mature. The difference in emotional maturity is what makes pedophilia wrong, because the younger is easy prey. Though Edward isn't as mature as he should be, there is still a predator-prey relationship that I think makes it immoral for Edward to pursue her.

I'm Team Jacob, but I wouldn't say Edward is a pedophile, I mean well certainly Edward and Bella's eighty some age difference is a lot different than my お気に入り TV couple's eleven 年 age difference, but still technically Edward's アナと雪の女王 as a seventeen 年 old and Bella totally came on to him.

yeah but when Renessme LOOKS older when she will only be like 6, then he will want to. so yeah.

Edward is not a pedo. your just saying that cause your team jacob and looking for any way to bring down edward. first of all, when the slept together, she was 18. and like another person said, edward is not entierly emotionaly an adult.
