Why does Bella get a dreamcatcher [New Moon Movie] when she's going to have nightmares anyway?

I have been putting off asking this 質問 for a while, hoping I would find an answer.

Anyway why does Jacob buy her a dreamcatcher which "catches bad dreams" yet the whole way through the movie あなた see her screaming?

[I know,in the book she was have nightmares but why add the dreamcatcher in the movie when あなた keeping to the plot points?]

it's just a birthday present off jacob is all. he's native american, and dreamcatchers are something they use as part of their culture. he just gives it to bella as a nice gesture. hope this helps x

The 'dreamcatcher' supposedly takes away bad dreams (that's what the saying goes). He gave it to her, just in case it worked. As Charlie was saying, he thought it was starting to work. Sometimes when あなた believe in something hard enough, it will work. :)

he gave her the dreamcatcher before she had the bad nightmares, and he made it himself (Dreamcatchers are known to keep bad dreams away from their owner) but its just a myth,, plus its a part of his culture (native american)
