For Bree Tanner yes because she didn't know what was happening. All she knew was she was supposed to destroy the Cullen Clan. The other newborns however, did not deserve a 秒 chance because they actually fought the Cullens and 狼男 and they really wanted to destroy the Cullen Clan.
