Maybe someone flagged your contributions?

When your contributions are reported for some kind of offense (maybe they were repeated contents?), you'll get a 'bad レポート card'. And yes, あなた either get temporarily suspended または get banned...

To be honest, I don't think there's a need to 'work your way back up'. Just enjoy ファンポップ and 提出する contents of your interest just because it's what you're passionate about and not to get medals. I don't see what's the big deal about medals... and props. Sure, I'll be super happy when I get them but I don't exactly work for them. Just enjoy being around ファンポップ and not get worked up to get メダル and props! :)
