Oh that's easy. When Bella goes to sleep he simply makes his way towards the bathroom trash can.

i think that ヴァンパイア don't crave period blood, which is waste. I personally think that blood, and period blood smell and taste differently. When bella has her periods, then he probably cares for her, and gives her every need.
