Ummm Eric didn't kill Russell at the end of season 3, He bound him in Silver and tossed him in wet cement. Vampires don't breath so it would be a life time of imprisonment inside his own body. To me that is crueler. I am guessing A. He either fought his way out, or B. Steve the idiot that he is let him out.

Your right Tinkymel oops i see what you mean it was life imprisonment he wasnt staked or beheaded im sure people will know what i mean i hope.I agree Steve probably thought he could take Russell on the blithering idiot that he is,cheers for pointing my hiccup out:)

Can you imagine how AWESOME it would be if it really was Russell the one who turned Newlin, of all people...? That would be the best part of the season, after the Pam/Eric flashbacks and Eri/Sookie.

I reckon it was Russell who turned Newlin couldnt believe it when Newlin knocked on Jasons door i thought it was Hoyt at the door myself not him!
