Alaric, because he and Elena have more of a father-daughter relationship than anything. Considering he used to date Isobel and Jenna, plus everything he and Elena have been through and the trust they have, I don't think either of them would pursue something more with the other. My second choice would be Klaus. I can't see Elena dating an evil being that killed her, sacrificed her aunt, and tried to sacrifice her however many greats grandmother (Katherine).
