Yes they did...the setting was the jungle/water. It was like a clock with the traps but everytime the island spun around they had to figure it out all over again. they "cut it off early' and pulled katniss and them up before it was due to end. they were never going to kill them all.

that was Catching Fire- she was talking about the one after Mockingjay- when Coin asked the victors if we should have another final Hunger Games with Capitol children. In the end they agreed, but when Katniss killed Coin the agreement was over so they didn't have the last hunger games. Seriously, have あなた read Mockingay??
