What is the meaning of 'Catching Fire'? As in, how does it represent the book または series?

Catching 火災, 火 is the book where Katniss learns about the rebellion that is happening and getting もっと見る intense. The phrase 'Catching Fire' means the rebellion is catching on to the other Districts so they join. It is also ironic because Katniss was the Mockingjay and 'Girl on Fire'.
