	BeB picked CAPTAIN AMERICA: The fact Tony admits he doesn't play well with others, power has nothing to do with being a leader (though I think Cap is still more powerful) because Captain America was a leader back in his day and hes still the best ideal kind of leader. And without his suit, Tony really isn't too powerful, also maybe someone who calls himself a playboy wouldn't be the best idea for a leader showing lack of commitment and responsibility.
