I think she's cuter with BB because of episodes like The Beast Within and Spellbound. Plus in the Titans Go! comics, she has an emoticlone that's all about flirting with him and it made me laugh.
Plus, Robin and Raven is just too weird for me to appreciate. He should be with Starfire.

In the Teen Titans Go comic, her "lust" emotion also flirted with Robin, so... yeah.
I never saw BB and Raven as love interests. In the show, he seems more like the younger brother, that's why I find the idea of BB and Raven weird. They may have went out in the comic for a period, but this television incarnation of Raven has only ever showed one established romantic relationship, and it was with Malchior.
I pick Robin because they had more chemistry, and they actually enjoyed each other's company. Plus, BB belongs with Terra.
