How Often Should People Drink Tea?

I WOULD SAY ONCE IN A WHILE WHEN U HAVE A COLD または JUST DONT WANT COFFEE, BUT NOT TOO MUCH BECAUSE TOO MUCH お茶, 紅茶 COULD BOTHER YOUR DIGESTIVE SYSTEM.
