TBH it seems pretty clear who it's about ;)

First of all, Taylor S knew taylor was a sweet and thoughtful guy and young. She had the advantage over him. When we as women know we have a man または boy where we want them, we get bored または take them for granted which I think that is what Taylor S did to Taylor L. So now she's feeling a little guilty and beginming to think back to the beginning of their relationship and remembers how good he was to her and wishes she go back and do a "do over" with him. Yes definitely the song is about him. This is the way she expresses herself and she does it well.
