Why are Tales of ヘタリア so unknown?

Tales of ヘタリア is not that really known well probably because it's a bit new.
If I remember well, Tales of ヘタリア was only 投稿されました on YouTube this 年 whereas other ヘタリア RPGs, such as HetaOni and RomaHeta, have been around for, I don't really know, a year? Two years? Tales of ヘタリア has probably been around for a few months. (From what I know.)
For things too get 人気 and known, they need time along with a good concept, which I already think it has.
