Yeeees! He did an excellent job directing the first movie. Routh is so similar to Reeves it's scary. Singer made all the right decisions. Next time can only be better.

I do think that he's a great director. I just don't like his vision of Superman. We've already seen this version during the 80's. I would like to see something else now.

He did "screw it up". He was too focused on trying to recreate a feeling that he didn't come close to what it was all about. The film didn't have the "real" feel of the original. I'd like to see somewhere else try it. And replace most of the cast please!

He make a few mistakes in Superman Returns.
1 Clark's mother is alive, we all know that she died in 3'rd movie.
2 Where is Lana? She work's with Perry in 3'rd movie (i think).

He made more than just a few mistakes and this is someone who even stated that he never read a Superman comic… he only saw the films…
