How do あなた make your stop motion figures 移動する もっと見る smoothly?

As あなた can see in this video I did, I am very new to making my own stop motion short films - my characters 移動する not smoothly enough for my taste, it looks kind of... "funny".

Does anyone know certain tricks to avoid that?
