Honestly, I don't know. I would love to, but I have a feeling producers would do anything just to satisfy fans. Really hope in the end they will still made the right decision.

If at the very end of the whole show Damon and Elena end up together I think I would die right then and there. The whole show would just feel... pointless, that's just too depressing of a thought. I really believe in my heart that Stefan and Elena will end up together, no matter how bad things seem now. There is no way they can just forget about everything SE has been through together..... I feel like it would ruin the whole show if Elena and Damon ended up together. Its like everything elena and stefan fought for in the first 3 seasons was all for nothing, because elena changed her mind and decided she wanted Damon.

I believe in their love with all my heart! i think the reason we watched Delena now and we probably see in season 4 is that they have (no idea why) A LOT of shippers, so produces wanted to finally make something real for those fans, not only the speculations of what could have been, which they had through season 1 and 2. i think good example here is also Leyton & Brucas from One Tree Hill, it was Leyton which i always believed in and it was so obvious they are THAT relationship of the show, but because Brucas gained so many fans ( Chad Michael Murray and Sophia Bush were also a couple in real life, even married for like a year) producers made them like for two seasons. i hope the same is with Elena and Stefan now. That girl needs to try with damon to finally realize its Stefan who she wanna be with forever. Damon is selfish, he think about no one but himself and feelings for Elena, while Stefan always count with Elena's opinions and decisions, he loves her to death but also respect her decisions. Stefan is a guy with class and honor. When Elena chose Damon;/ he packed his stuff and left, and Damon ? i dont think he would ever do that for real. Stefan and Elena are alike in a lot of aspects. She's still confused, her feelings are mixed up, she's lost. Remember when she was going to make love with Stefan and suddenly his face changed into Damon ?? And how she reacted ?? (this was the beginning of sire bond working) she was terrified ! i will never believe in shallow Delena. Til the very last episode of entire show I won't stop believing in true love SE. There's no option they have to end up together!!
