So many people won’t let it pass that Sonamy doesn’t exist… AT ALL. So many people will try to reference an episode of Sonic X where NO WORDS OF CONFESSION WERE MADE, または pictures where NO CONSENTUAL キッス WAS GIVEN, または a gesture of goodness where NO- あなた get it.

I am very much so a Sonally fan. Why? Well I’ve done a rant about that already. I know, as do others, that Sonamy simply hasn’t happened, and is not the “real” pairing.

However we have Sonic Boom now. It is a new continuity (for all that’s worth considering it’s WASTING all its potential). Could this be the start of the first ACTUAL Sonamy? Maybe. Whether または not I want it to happen doesn’t matter. Either it will happen または it will not. However SHOULD it happen?


Now at first I thought this was a great thing. It meant that Sonamy ファン would FINALLY be satisfied and we could end the warring. However then I realized… it probably won’t end like that. Let’s remember that there are people that believe Sonamy exists already. They certainly haven’t let up on attacking Sonally, and sometimes other Sonic couplings like Sonaze and Sonouge. They certainly haven’t stopped calling Sonally fake and “Fan-character” along with other statements from their denial.

But let’s face it, everyone’s got that couple they think makes sense. If the situation and scenario make enough sense, why not give them a chance? Well because it may just fuel the flame. もっと見る hate against Sonally. もっと見る saying “Real couple, fake couple”. It will be a wreck.

Do I wish Sonamy could be there in Sonic Boom? No, not exactly, but I don’t have a problem with it in the sense of Sonic and Amy being together. If both characters are mature enough in that then that’s fine, but the backlash is what I’m concerned about.

There ARE good Sonamy ファン and I can’t help but feel bad that they don’t get to call their coupling actually real. It’s not terrible to pair the two together, but at the end of the day, what will happen?

Will it cause the 火災, 火 to vanish and the couples will live in harmony, または will it make things worse? Will things remain how they are? I don’t know. I honestly don’t have a solution to this which is why this is so short compared to my 3-7-page rants.

I suppose the only thing to do here is to ask, what do Sonamy ファン think? What do any couple-fans think? Would あなた be open to Sonamy in Sonic Boom? Would あなた rub it in people’s faces if it were created? Most importantly, would あなた be satisfied?
