I think it would change him too much. He loves his MeeMaw and he loves science...it would ruin him to be with a girl...that's just what I think.

I prefer him with Penny. I think it would be funny to find out that she is attracted to him...and then not knowing what to do with these feelings. Then to have a way that Sheldon has to learn how the social idea of a relationship works. But it has to be done in a way were he does not change.

I completely agree with robothor1111! There is no way of making it right because it will always be out of character for him. Science and his mind is all he needs haha

Seriously guys, it completely goes against his entire personality and it would compromise the integrity of the show. Sheldon is basically incapable of being in love (yes, even with Penny, you crazed fangirls >.>).

^ Sorry but I have to disagree, I agree that the only love in Sheldon's life is science, but I don't think he is incapable of being in love, he just chooses not to fall for those kinda of things. It's more of his choice than anything and I agree, if it's written right, it might be some thing worth watching in my opinion

Meh not really, romantic love and Sheldon just seems odd. Story wise it might be funny but I think it would be an endeavor Sheldon isn't ready to commit to. Like with driving he's "transceneded" romantic love XD. I think he's just fine with the type of family and friendship kind of love.

It would be an entertaining storyline, indeed (with Amy if possible, not with Penny! That would be too much OOC). Just for a while, though. I much more prefer his non-emotional and analytic self.
