Wesker no doubt about it! wesker is superfast, super strong and also he has those cool shades lol.. nemesis is strong but very slow without those big 銃 he cant do anything!
wesker here's why wesker can doge bullets and nemesis rock luncher will be useless against wesker cause he can doge it and wesker can beat him with out an weapon cause he is well trained and has an better advantage and last but not least his strength wesker is stronger so that give's wesker an edge over nemesis.
