meanwhile, in Russia, shit's goin' down, wars with weapons of nuclear and mass destruction, otherworldly experimentation and the rumours of an android/gynoid civilization hidden within the large frozen wasteland spread throughout, Russia was always a place of strange happenings, but it's gotten more frequent as of recent.

Well, all of the above is true. the humans are having a war, a big one, with what? robots, things from other worlds, and creatures like irradiated bears.

as for the other-worldly stuff, you can probably guess, but... there are beings from other unknown worlds, be it the past, future, aliens or mythics, they're somehow getting in.

the Android/Gynoid civilization does exist, it's hidden inside the mountains, so have fun with that.

and to top it off, there are humans living with irradiated animals, and they themselves are irradiated.

it's a giant mashed pile of strange, and the world is oblivious to it, so it's all for you. have fun.
