I was about to pick Kyoko because she was very selfish in the beginning but changed so drastically. I feel all were selfless in their wishes

Quite a manipulative one she is, I will also note. I don't really have anything against her, but I am being honest when I say that she was the only Puella Magi who didn't really commit any selfless acts. Perhaps, if needed, she would have, but 'selfless' was not a trait she displayed during her time in the series.
