How can the ロスト Boys stay in Neverland but あなた have to die to stay there?

The ロスト boys don't have homes または a family most likely when they grow up または get too old to stay in Neverland Peter takes them back to where he found them. It's like if あなた stay there "Forever" you'd have to die, it's how it works since Peter is the only magical boy who can stay and turn back to youth whenever.

Adding on to what OneLastWish said, some ロスト Boys (sadly) grow up to be pirates.
