I like both so I looked at the friends and I like Annabeth and Grover better than Ron and Hermione

I like both, but... HP is just heaps better. It's been a part of my life pretty much since I was seven of eight...
But I have a feeling that if I had been eight or maybe nine when The Lightning Thief came out, I might be of the opinion that HP is too old and PJ is better. You'll never know.

@annabeth out of curiosity, if you prefer Annabeth, then why do you have a Hermione icon?
Hermione is my favorite female character, in and out of Harry Potter.

Ya know, the Percy Jackson series is the closest yet to beating out Harry Potter for me. It's pretty darn close. But not close enough. Nothing will ever beat my main wiz. Lol that sounded super dumb! XP But still, yeah.=)

I chose but somehow I kinda regretted it because they're both awesome.Actually,I read all Percy Jackson's series last year including the Lost Hero and I just finished the Harry Potter series just this month!! And it was soo great! Aargh! It's so hard to choose!

honestly, overall, i seriously don`t know. but in description, heres two differences.

if u mean the movie, i think the percy jackson movie was alright, but i think it sucked compared to the harry potter ones. plus the percy jackson books.
if u mean the book, i havent read the harry potter books actually, but i`ve read the percy jackson books. and i think percy jackson is better in the book version.

so, yeah. thats how i view it.

I still don't think Percy Jackson or any other series can ever surmount to the greatness of Harry Potter. I mean, with the writing style and such. Lots of people said that PJO was going to be better than HP, but it isn't, not really. I mean, they were pretty good for a starting series, but it just... didn't do a lot for me, you know? Plus, Rick Riordan's new series, The Kane Chronicles and the Heroes of Olympus, are much better.

Harry Potter, though I LOVE Percy Jackson. All the characters (Minus Ginny-Sue) are amazing, none are too perfect or over annoying. I loved all the twist and subplots, and the supporting characters were either just as great or better than the main characters. (i.e Severus Snape, Remus Lupin, Nevile Longbottom, Luna Lovegood,ect.) Percy Jackson is boss though. \m/ I'm a half-blood witch.

Percy Jackson since I'm the most obsessed by it. BUT HARRY POTTER IS REALLY AWESOME!
