Do あなた have to be a member of the パラモア ファン Club to order something from their site?

My friend told me in order to buy something from their site, あなた have to be a member of their ファン club which she later told me was $30 bucks. Now I'd really like to buy something without paying a registration fee. Is this possible- または not?
