Which soap(or soaps) do you guys watch..who picked "I am a soap fan....."..???

I used to like AMC but alot of the characters I loved left or got killed off. + new characters came that I don't care about. So i'm done with that show.

i've watched a couple of different daytime soaps in the past...but i haven't watched any in quite awhile...oth is my favorite show but there are other shows i love

days of our lives!! i've been watching since 1988 (when i was 3, haha....my mom used to watch it so i watched it with her). i used to record it everyday while i was at school or work....but now because of soapnet, i no longer need to! yay

but other than days i dont watch any other daytime soap operas

I used to be all about DAYS, but the show got so stupid and the original actors who played the main teen characters eventually quit one by one (Shawn, Belle, Chloe, Mimi) - probably cause they saw how dumb the show was getting too. Anyhow, I tolerated the show while they were still on for those last few ridiculous months, but when they left I just didn't care to try and enjoy the show. I dunno if there were different writers or something but that show seriously got nutty.

oh and I watched passions for like a year and had a laugh! What a crazy show, lol. but yeah it got even dumber (if that's possible) and the stupidity wasn't funny anymore, lol.

i used to watch this norwegian soap opera and home&away, but not anymore. i still don't understand how i could keep up with the shows every day xD

I am more fans of soap couples then the actual soap itself...because all soaps can be boring and drag on for days and even weeks to months at a time...

YR and Days and even AMC(which was the first soap I ever watched) were shows I liked but then I didn't really like them that much.NOW I just watch my 2 favorite soap couples...

Nick and Phyllis and Max and Chelsea(Used to be Dansea(hence my name..but it didn't work out which was very unexpected because not only were they the reason that I came back to watching Days(cause I was done with it once Mimi left),I thought they were going to be the next Days' super couple!...But that didn't happen....<they got writers who didn't get it and ruined them big time!>

If you guys are wondering why I named myself "Dansea08" is because

1.During the time I found Fanpop..Dansea were together and in the process of falling deeply in love.

2.I decided NOT to make another account because I thought that 2008 was Dansea's year and even though it turned sour they were still great together.

It's ironic though that NOW I'm like a total Max and Chelsea shipper.....

I used to be a HUGE Passions fan even more than a OTH fan(if that's even possible)....and I kinda grew up watching that show and even though it was OUTRAGEOUS and crazy and so bizarre and frustrating at times I couldn't help but love that show.

I did however slowly backed away from the show once it went off NBC and even though I was upset that it went off the network I ended up just being ok with it...and then it got picked up which made me relieved(I was a HUGE Ethan and Theresa fan) but since I wasn't attached enough to get Direct TV since that was the only way I could watch it..I slowly lost the interest of the show...AGAIN.....(I did check from time to time to see what was happening...but this time it was mostly because I wanted to see my favorite couple have their happily ever after..the other story lines I could have cared less about and some even made me sick to my stomach.

The show lasted almost a year before again getting canceled and Ethan and Theresa got their "happily ever after"...and I was content with the show ending..cause I thought the show had to end at this point even though I would have missed it very much(but I ended up not caring for it anymore and that's where OTH came along......the rest is history!

Well I can't watch daytime soaps often because of school, but over the summer I watch As The World Turns and Guiding Light.

iv never wacthed a soap opera and i never plan on watching one. the only shows i watch are like teen dramas. smallville oth Gossip Girl Secret Life of the American Teenager and Heroes. thts probablly the only tv i watch at all lol. i use to watch Gilmore Girls and it was like mi fave show but when Jess left i just kinda stopped watching, i use to watch the OC too but i wasnt an avid fan.

One Tree Hill and Home And Away are my favorite shows of all time =)

I used to watch Days xD
but then it just got lame, and they changed the actresses, + i don't get the time to watch it either;D

It will always be One Tree Hill forever and for always for me but I do watch a couple soaps including Days Of Our Lives, O.T.H. will always be my #1!!!
