She lost two moms, went through depression and numerous heartbreaks, was almost shot, finally, nearly died giving a birth to her & Lucas' baby. That being said, I don't think other characters didn't suffer or that their suffering wasn't just as bad.

Not only did a majority of the bad things happen to Peyton, but a lot of these things happened to her while she was still in high school and dealing with all of this when you're still a teen just makes it 10x more worse.

i think they all had there share of bad things happening... but i can´t imagine anything worse than having to deal with the kidnap of both your son and your husband....

-she was held up in a school shooting
-watched her mother die of cancer
-her father died
-her son was kidnapped
-her husband was kidnapped and she had to go identify a body that could have been his
-she was hit by a car
-her marriage almost ended twice
-skanks kept trying to steal her husband
-she was a teen mum, struggling and all that shit
- her husband was in an ccident that put him in a wheelchair and he became an alcoholic
-she was fired from her job because she stood up for what she believed in
-her best friend almost died, like twice
just off the top of my head
