Well,honestly,couldn't あなた find a コンサート closer to where あなた live. Like,maybe instead of going to NYC this 年 to see them,get tickets to their 2013 tour,a place NEAR you,or nearest you. Then just ask your mom,telling her that,if the need comes up,you'll somehow get the money to help buy two tickets,or just your own and your parents would be in charge of the ticket for the adult または older sibling(16+) that will/might go with you. I'm actually doing the same right now. I asked my parents if we could TALK about getting tickets to see One Direction 次 year,and they 発言しました possibly. I live in Oregon and the closest コンサート to us is 次 年 in Seattle. But I'm trying to convince them to maybe buy tickets to see them in Houston,Texas on July 21st,2013,because that's my 14 birthday,and that would be the best birthday present in the history of all my birthday presents. The short answer is,just ask your mom if あなた can talk about it. Then,if she says no to the NYC concert,don't yell at her and slam doors,ask her if they had a コンサート closer to where あなた are if あなた could talk about getting tickets to that concert.
