Есть такое общество или атмосфера... во! есть такая атмосфера групп и тд, где все они скромны и реально заинтересованы в музыке, а не в популярности и в деньгах, человек должен заниматься тем, в чём заинтересован и к чему имеет талант, склонность, а остальное неважно...

It is. The industry only want individuals who they deem as "appropriate" for the public. And they'll use the popular artist to convey the thoughts they want for the general public to believe in (superficial mentality, party, sex, and etc). - That's why we have all of these non-talented artists rising with music that lack substance. It's insanity.

I agree with Master24. The music industry is shallow and not what it used to be.
