Christopher Nolan Confirms No Joker for バットマン 3 and Talks スーパーマン 

No one can portray the joker like what Heath Ledger did! so I think it's a good decision not to re-cast him.

It was inevitable. Oh well this makes way for more villians. Theres a plus ;]
