However both regular people and critics often hate films. I think that hating on films too much can be a bad thing.

I oddly have admiration for several films that I don't like, because other people enjoy the films. There are films that I don't like the plot and characters, but it makes me happy seeing and hearing other people enjoy the films. Because of that there are several films that I'm glad got made even though I didn't like them.
